We have a protocol where during your contract signing, our representative is expected to walk the property with you, and go over expectations. We want to know if you have a plant that is extremely sentimental to you, so that we can pay extra attention to it or even have greater preparation. Additionally, when your project is nearing completion, you will see a “groundsmen” walking around and cleaning up debris while also using a magnetic roller to sweep for nails. Additionally, after the crew is finished cleaning up, your representative is expected to walk the property with his eyes continuously until he does a full sweep not finding a single piece of debris, or nail.

We understand the importance of receiving an accurate quote – it affects how you budget and how much stress you have during your project. All quotes are double-checked by our owner, David, to ensure complete accuracy. The only real instances where a quote would change is if the wood underneath your roof needs replaced, or there ends up being an additional layer of shingles (commonly referred to as a double or triple layer). A triple layer should be easily identifiable upon initial inspection, however double layers can be missed. In either instance we are as transparent as possible using photographs to show additional layers, or rotted wood, as well as photographs showing new wood after replacement.
